- Ordering

A party is not bound by the agreement if there is a typographical error in the Seller's price quotation within the application or webshop, or as per the user's order, and the other party recognizes or should have recognized that it was such an error.
The buyer is responsible for orders placed with inaccurate information.
Selecting the wrong restaurant to order from or ordering the wrong table.
Inaccurate orders compared to what the user expects regarding items, quantities, incorrect time, or date of order.
Orders placed unintentionally by touching order functions on our service platform while it is active.
- Account Registration
To place orders, you need to register an account or place an order as a guest.
In the case of registering a membership account, this account can be used to log in to all display formats of the ordering platform on mobile, desktop, or the application.
You must provide accurate information when registering an account and be responsible for the status of your account's activity and account login security, including username and password.
You must be at least 16 years old to register an account on our ordering system.
If there are any unlawful actions or unauthorized use of your account, please report it to us to take measures to protect your account.
- Service/Product Prices
The displayed product/service prices on the ordering platform include VAT. Users must pay the product's selling price and service fees, if any, for incurred taxes, delivery fees (transportation, delivery, etc.), payment fees for third parties, or incurred services (packaging, payment fees, etc.).
Additionally, the seller's price policy displayed at the time of the buyer's purchase, including individual components in the total selling price. The seller may change product and service prices on the ordering system according to the seller's price policy.
- Payment
You must adhere to our payment policies on our ordering platform/system.
After completing payment for an order, you can register and receive a purchase receipt or contact us to receive the receipt through your preferred methods, such as printing it out or electronic billing. You can also register to receive invoices through your email via our ordering system.
Payment via credit or debit card may involve a reservation subject to your bank's policies.
Users cannot withdraw purchases of damaged goods or goods that, by nature, cannot be returned. The prepaid amount will be debited when the Seller accepts delivery.
- Delivery
Delivery will occur after a successful order placement. The delivery time will be as indicated at the time the buyer makes a purchase on our platform. Users can choose delivery time slots from the delivery time lists we display.

For products prone to rapid natural damage, such as food, drinks, or products with a short shelf life, they cannot be returned or handled differently according to current law.
